Our Real Estate service is a gateway for high-net worth and ultra high-net worth individuals, or large corporations, selling or purchasing high-value property assets. This includes niche and luxury developments around the world.

Using our global network of contacts, forged through being active for 20 years in this sector, we have been involved in a significant number of deals. Our activity has ranged from niche sites such as an 80 acre Equestrian Centre in Germany, to a more common Brownfield site in Brighton with planning for student accommodation, to a hotel and leisure development in Dubai.

We also provide specialist services that prove the difference between success and failure.  We can support and arrange architectural design to help bring a site to life. We have experience of planning committees and the planning process. We have the knowledge, experience and contact base to be able deliver.

Our Directors are also central to a new closed ended property fund called UK Capital Opportunities Fund. The fund is positioned to take advantage of strictly off-market opportunities in the UK that are increasingly being presented to us. We are aiming to raise £100M in equity starting from October 2011.
